I am a big picture person, and see every scenario from all sides. I ask intentional questions to motivate others to view a situation from a different perspective, as well as help people to feel comfortable voicing their opinions in a group• I inherited Mission Space with budget and scope in place. Build strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as with outside vendors, gaining the reputation as the go-to person on each project.• Thrown into the deep end of Ratatouille at the last minute, I led the media team in a challenging installation, working with Show, all DOWs and vendors, despite a language barrier.• When new Iron Man Executive Producer came on board, he did not fully understand how the various disciplines work together or how seemingly simple strategy changes can affect the other teams. I shared my experiences with him on what the various departments do as well as insights into some of the personalities.• Projects included:o Hong Kong Disneyland: Iron Man Experience (2017)o Paris Disneyland: Ratatouille (Nominated for 2015 TEA Award)

Led the coordination of the digital media efforts to align with efforts of other show teams.
