1)Designed and implemented Android apps using Java to perform automation testing on customized Android devices. These apps were used to run functional tests and stress tests, such as power on/off, wifi, microphone, speaker, flash and cpu tests on Android devices. It speeded up and improved the quality of software testing, minimized the human effort required to efficiently run tests, reduced time-to-market and the cost of errors, because the tests are performed up to 10 times faster when compared to manual testing. 2) Built and led a QA team on software testing for Zoom Rooms and related software for all-in-one video conference whiteboard displays designed exclusively for Zoom.3) Designed test plans, managed, tracked and produced detailed documentation of bugs and issues on Redmine, and worked with the R & D team about the solutions and improvements.4) Managed and designed acceptance tests of all new versions for all products and websites before releasing to customers.5) Managed all NPI beta programs, communicated with internal/external beta users about their feedback and issues.

Enovix is a startup company developing an innovative 3D architectured battery technology for mobile devices. My responsibilities here are to:1) Designed and implemented procedures of hands-on Failure Analysis, identifying root causes at the most detailed level of lithium-ion battery materials.2) Performed electrical testing and characterization, careful tear downs and thermal imaging.3) Conducted sample preparation (sectioning, mounting, polishing), optical microscope, SEM/EDS, OGP.4) Created concise failure analysis reports with exceptional visualizations and present findings to project teams.5) Managed X-ray machine and developed methods and parameters, wrote the recipe for it. 6) Developed the methods of the weekly SEM/EDS maitanance.7) Selected and inspected audit dies from the die line and wafer line weekly.
