Work with faculty to source and create course materials including textbooks, course packs and materials kits. Buyer for textbooks and other course materials at the Skidmore Shop. Retail duties include purchasing, database entry, till reconciliation and online textbook sales.

Maintain the Town of Duanesburg website at www.duanesburg.net using HTML/CSS files uploaded to offsite host server during biweekly updates and as needed. Work with website host to maintain email list for current town employees. Coordinate information articles and notices to be uploaded to the community calendar, website and Facebook page.

Maintain Records Retention Program for the town including database maintenance, FOIL request document retrieval, culling of records based on the retention schedule approved by the state, microfilm/scanning program for permanent records, retention schedule maintenance for inactive court files.
