* Develop configuration for Workday in areas of core HCM/HR administration, including reports and business processes. Configuration will support HR and end users in optimized transactions and processes. * Manage and execute on case management tickets, as well as ongoing system enhancement tasks, including configuration and testing of changes to the Workday system.* Develop and update documentation and processes to ensure compliance with PBF policies and legislative requirements.* Contributes to projects to meet/exceed joint HR/IT performance goals and the continuous improvement of HR service delivery.* Responsible for coaching and advising HR SME resources for their ownership in Workday system (benefits, absence, payroll). Support HR in overseeing consistency in service delivery, drive standardization, and share best practices across the organization.* Partner closely and develop strong relationships with COEs, Business HR and the business to improve workflow efficiency and transactional experiences. Ascertain future needs and develop/communicate to HR and IT to support the business.* Proactively recommends process improvements/solutions utilizing technology to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of systems and capabilities with PBF internal customers.* Maintain collaborative relationships with the HR, IT and Workday community to ensure that defined work streams and SMEs within HR are aligned with the strategic business objectives of the organization.

Supervise the corporate payroll function and team, providing leadership and oversight to the function as follows:• Create audit procedures to ensure accuracy of payroll and benefits enrollments and deductions.• Monitor the effectiveness of HR information system including payroll and to receive, review, and resolve requests or issues regarding system/data errors or deficiencies.• Identify and offer recommendations for improvements in processes, systems, and procedures to ensure department effectiveness.• Record changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage, and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records.• Ensure appropriate earnings and deductions are configured in system of record, Workday, and coordinate with 3rd party vendors, WD production support team and accounting on appropriate coding, reporting and procedures.• Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions, new hires/terminations, accounting reports, etc. as required.• Stay current on Workday payroll system updates and training to local Payroll and HR on related practices to ensure highest return on investment for payroll system and PBF.• Oversee payroll related planning, design, configuration, testing to implement newly acquired companies to PBF and/or new vendors.• Function as the Project Manager for all HR system upgrades and implementations.• Manage the day-to-day and year-end operations of the HRIS.

• For phase 1 Workday HCM (core, absence, security), and FIN (accounting, AP, expenses) implementation for pharma; acted as test lead responsible for developing test process, tools and loading of test scripts and data for reporting in Central desktop; supported client in test execution, issue resolution and led development of job aides and training.• Participated in the planning and development of a M&A planning strategy workshop in support of large global pharma acquisition to gain stakeholder alignment, create project roadmap and finalize integration approach.

Data Integration Lead for Sterilmed and Synthes:• Overall responsibility for the data integration for U.S., Argentina, Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil, India and Canada.• Responsible for the conversion of employee data into SAP (HR & Payroll).• Generate validation reports of the employee data out of SAP and load into the Informatica system.• Identify any data errors and make necessary corrections to the employee data in SAP.• Work closely with the acquired companies, BSM, HR Operations & Payroll teams with Cycle 1 & 2 testing.• Ensure employee data is correct for generating the HE30X (Aon Hewitt) file.• Provide weekly status to the IT & HR Operations Project Managers.Data Integration Lead for Workday:• Overall responsibility for the data integration from SAP to Workday for Malaysia, Singapore and India.• Responsible for the mapping of SAP fields to Workday.• Assist with the creation of Functional Spec (FDDS) on the new data extract program.• Complete QA testing on the new data extract program to ensure no errors occur due to incorrect mapping.
