Planning and organizing have always been my strengths, so working in busy office and business environments came natural to me. My office career began at Platinum Pool Care in Wheeling, IL, where I spent over 17 years administering all aspects of the office responsibilities in a very active office setting. Though my title was Administrative Assistant, I performed all the functions of an office manager, responsible for coordinating and implementing the new-hire and continuous training for my colleagues and ensuring the office ran smoothly and efficiently at all times.In 2015, I had the opportunity to take over the family business, becoming the owner of Whiskey River Bar and Grill in Glenview, IL. What an exciting opportunity to demonstrate my years of experience in business, establishing new and innovative business and marketing plans and setting strategies to raise awareness within the community. I established a customer-centric culture and a positive environment for employees, illuminating the path to success.With a manager in place, I feel the opportunity to once again expand my horizons.
