During Kathy’s 20 + year career in commercial real estate, she has been involved with the acquisition, disposition, financing, valuation, asset management of over 1,000 commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, apartments, mixed use, and subdivisions. Prior to joining Long & Foster Commercial Division, Kathy negotiated and closed over 100 commercial real estate transactions with Buck & Associates and Atlantic Realty Companies. Prior to Atlantic Realty, Kathy worked for the Charles E. Smith Companies as Portfolio Manager, responsible for strategic plans for multi-family projects, and worked on obtaining financing for commercial properties. Kathy has also worked for two lending institutions, Riggs Bank and HomeFed Bank, a San Diego based Bank.
