Front of house manager.My Role is to hire the right staff to work with me do various jobs throughout the day, setting up and ushering as well as supervising when needed. The number of staff members vary depending on the tickets sales. Setting up seating the area for live outdoor concerts. Meetings with the event staff of Roundhouse when needed to discuss front of house.Label and cable tie seats according to the seating map. Making sure all gates surrounding the area are up and safe and workable for the thousands of people who are about to come through them. Working with on site event managers to making sure set up is correct and safe.Working in a time frame making sure the area is ready for opening.Organizing the day- Time startStaff Breaks Position Staff accordingly throughout the afternoon to complete tasks needed to have a succesful concert.These tasks are to check tickets and wristbands of guestsand Usher to seats and direct any seating issues or troubled guests to me and to which I will proceed to resolve.I work with security making sure that they are positioned correctly within the seating area making sure that my guests and staff stay safe I also organize the payroll of my staff and myself.
