I offer 25 years of practical hospital laboratory experience in a core lab setting, rotating through the departments of Chemistry, Hematology, and Transfusion Medicine. Over the years I have obtained a very high level of competency in all the above listed disciplines. I possess excellent work ethics and am very capable of handling a high volume of work on my own and also in a team environment. Being very detail oriented, I offer considerable success in maintaining good quality control. Quality control and quality assurance are one of my strongest skills as it has been a big part of my job over the last 25 years. As a technically trained person, I realize the need for good interaction on the job at all levels. My strengths include excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to recognize and resolve problems, inspire cooperation and achieve all goals and deadlines. I am always interested in extending my skill base and willing to take on new challenges. I take pride in learning and I am also very easy to train.I have succeeded in all phases of my academic and professional career. I am now ready to expand my knowledge, skill base and expertise by starting a new career path.I am currently seeking work outside of the hospital. I would like to work in a non-hospital laboratory setting, a pharmaceutical company or similar.
