Provide administrative/clerical support to Child Advocacy Clinic and Tax/Small Business Clinic Directors, students and other clinic faculty as needed. Responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties. Screen and refer phone calls from community and potential clients, answer routine questions, schedule appointments, and maintain clinic databases. Assist in development of written class materials, including brochures and handouts. Maintain confidential clinic files, sort mail, organize and correspond with Community Advisory Group and outside attorneys. Assist with clinic speaker scheduling, including drafting letters of invitation and arranging travel logistics. Assist with organizing clinic orientations and Continuing Legal Education, Symposia, seminars and conferences. Proofread and organize class manuals and reading. Maintain clinic docket calendar and student office hours. Order supplies. Draft correspondence to students, judges, and attorneys.

Maintain attorney's calendar, ensuring timely responses to discovery and/or motions and ensuring proper tickling of trial, deposition, and mediation dates, etc. Draft and type answers to Request for Disclosure, Request for Production, Interrogatories and Admissions, Preparation for Deposition and trial, correspondence to attorneys and courts. Draft and type legal correspondence and legal memorandums. Assist with preparation for trial, hearings, mediation, and deposition. Maintain and organize case files, and file all documents securely.
