Developed the business case and successfully launched a DNS Hosting service for small, medium, and large enterprises as well as service providers. Led the general availability launch of VeriSign’s Managed DNS service, defined the Managed DNS product roadmap, and started the initial channel development.-Identified and managed key third party vendor relationships integral to launching and sustaining the business. -Oversaw market research needed to develop product positioning and pricing.-Worked with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to deploy and maintain service offerings. Achieved 94% customer satisfaction rating and greater than an 85% renewal rate.-Launched an affiliate/reseller program, including a return-on-investment model and overall implementation plan.-Developed sales tools for direct sales and channel partners including presentations, sales collateral, and web site. This plan led to establishing a European subsidiary, Digex Europe, and the opening of Digex’s London SmartCenter in January 2000. -
