About Kathy Marshall

I am thrilled to share that after 41 years in corporate America that on August 2nd I joined Stuart in retirement as our “Chief Adventure Officer” (CAO). We have begun writing our “Next Best Life” chapter with travel to Canada and various locations around the US catching up with friends. Next, we will be jumping into our RV boon-docking around North America always on the lookout for that next great adventure. I am grateful to my work family, especially those from my 30 wonderful years with EDS/HP and those that have joined my work family over the last few years – you all know who you are! 💕Kathy has served for more than 30 years as an organizational change manager practitioner in the IT sourcing industry as a provider, consultant and client to many industries. Kathy has executed numerous successful engagements guiding clients through the challenges associated with leading teams through the journey of achieving “new ways of working” role changes, the adoption of tools, processes and new operating models, while aligning leaders and evolving cultures toward improved customer experiences and outcomes. Kathy’s extensive experience as an IT leader and advisor, coupled with her experience leading global OCM digital transformations makes her a sought after OCM practitioner for organizations seeking to truly transform. Kathy’s tenure in consulting spans many industries and service lines, enabling clients to benefit from her vast OCM advisory knowledge including digital transition and transformation strategies, planning and execution, organizational and operating model design, and vendor management and governance.Kathy spent most of her career with Electronic Data Systems/Hewlett-Packard (EDS/HP), holding various global client delivery leadership and business development roles supporting digital transactions. As a sales support executive, Kathy was responsible for business development, sales governance, RFP management, client relationship management, and sales-to-delivery transition for large IT outsourcing contracts. Kathy was also director of IT organizational change strategy for Carnival Cruise Lines where she led the corporate digital transformation initiative to dramatically improve Carnival’s customer experience.
