Customer Service Representative
Current- Develop an in-depth understanding of campaigns and planograms
- Act as a liaison between external clients and the internal Account team to ensure pertinentinformation is quickly and effectively shared and managed.
- Record client interactions through IMS operating system and initiate and oversee orders.
- Communicate directly with clients via telephone and email to assist in resolving a variety ofinquiries
- Establish strong client relations with existing and new external parties.
