She also holds a Masters of Education with 16 years of experience working for Eden Prairie Schools as a Parent Educator facilitating weekly classes with parents, providing individual family consultations as well as providing peer coaching to fellow teachers.Peace Factors, cofounded by Kathy has reached over 1000 adults, children and educators to enhance their ability to create peace and enhance relationships through their thoughts, words and actions.
