• Served on Transition team for Pfizer Project and Kraft Project startups. Assisted with hiring of Call Center personnel, training/supervising Call Center personnel, assisted in establishing work flow to provide Best Practice to meet KPIs (key indicators).• Designated by Pfizer as SAP/EAMS trainer for all incoming AECOM personnel• Responsible for Planning/Scheduling 30+ Pfizer technicians and 7+ AECOM technicians for PM work to minimize interruptions and improve efficiency of facility equipment.• As of October 2011, planning for 15 AECOM technicians due to contract change.• Liaison between maintenance staff, contractors and client for the planning and scheduling of facility maintenance work.• Responsible for Planning/Scheduling and management of approximately 65+ Subcontractors with an annual value of approximately $1 million. • Assist Program Manager with management of site budget of approximately $1 million for subcontractors' to stay within the constraints of the overall project budget. Provide Annual Budget to Business Manager.• Responsible for verifying all invoices from subcontractors for accuracy to contracts and work performed. Generate Requisitions / POs for AECOM for all contract work, verify all invoices for payment when work completed. • Responsible for reporting to Accounts Payable Monthly Accrual for project contractor spend.• Responsible to verify all invoices to Client for project monthly. • Served as backup to Facility Maintenance Manager in his absence.• Schedule all Contractor work, coordinate with MRO manager for all materials required (current contract Pfizer purchases all materials / AECOM pays for all labor).• Continually work with Corporate Procurement and Contractors to find cost savings for Project.• SuperUser of SAP/EAMS for: Creating/modifying Job Plans by use of input and RSM, Maintenance Plans by use of input and RSM , and Equipment within the SAP/EAMS.
