Ms. McGee has over 40 years of experience in the environmental engineering field, with demonstrated proficiency in design and permitting of waste management facilities; investigation and remediation of properties containing waste management units and/or impacted environmental media; characterization of wastes and impacted media; closure of industrial solid waste and hazardous waste units; monitoring of waste management facilities; and interpretation of environmental regulations. Many of Ms. McGee’s projects have been complex, multi-faceted projects spanning many years and multiple disciplines, including numerous hazardous waste facility permitting projects under RCRA. She possesses first-hand knowledge and in-depth understanding of the RCRA regulations through her direct experience with permitting, compliance evaluations, and regulatory analyses under this program since its inception in 1980. Ms. McGee also specializes in evaluation of environmental monitoring data, having performed numerous evaluations throughout her entire professional career at a wide variety of industrial, commercial and municipal sites, with projects ranging from routine monitoring program design and implementation to site investigation and remediation under RCRA and/or TRRP.
