Develop and execute programs that increase and enable Hospitality Distribution Channel productivity, growth and sustainability. Key Result Areas of Focus include: *Development and ongoing management of programs to drive high sales performance and sales enablement (e.g. President’s Club, Sales Manager Training, New Sales Rep Training). *Lead change management efforts within NCR Local Offices build collaborative and cohesive learning environments that establish best practices, consistency, and high-standards for the Hospitality Channel Community. *Development & rollout of Channel readiness programs for Hospitality solutions (NCR Silver Pro Restaurant Edition) *Development of high-performing sales rep & technician benchmarks. Application of benchmarks to various programs & initiatives in a consistent manner. *Ensure linkage of training strategy between sales & technical certifications. *SMB Customer Satisfaction & Global Partner Survey initiatives (survey administration & cross-functional follow-up action plan).

*Provided HR leadership for multiple business units in a 1000 person technology company. Business units consist of technical staff covering 24 x 7 operations, exempt and non-exempt staff, staff in satellite offices plus remote staff across the US and at the home office totaling around 350 employees. Direct reports included an HR analyst, assistant and contract recruiter.  *Developed, implemented and institutionalized programs and processes that fostered the corporate culture, including performance management, compensation, promotions, career development, headcount planning and analysis, communication, and organizational development. *Worked with BU leaders to drive change effectively within the BU and across the company. Provided guidance to BU leadership on the impact of organizational change.  * Lead HR segment of acquisition & integration initiatives in 250 employee satellite office. Initiatives included organizational change management, implementation of new performance management and compensation processes, restructuring of HR department, redesign of recruiting process and development and implementation of short and long term incentive plans for Directors and Executives. * Managed through multiple staff reduction efforts in 2001 and 2002. Coached and counseled to provide direction to remaining staff and led process to ensure consistency, retention of key skills and reduced company risk.

*Responsible for driving strategic planning and execution of college recruiting program across 15 universities (graduate and undergraduate) for a 1000 person company. *Instituted a campus recruiting focus that resulted in Radiant Systems being branded as an employer of choice at several key universities in the Atlanta area including Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University.

Organized and directed recruiting efforts for fifteen target universities (graduate and undergraduate) and sourced/screened candidates for company’s healthcare consulting practice. (approximately 100 employees across 3 US offices).
