As a member of the global Forbes Coaches Council, I have written articles, served on expert panels, was the inaugural leader of the FCC Women Coaches Group—new in July, 2022. Another pilot role as Member Leader Emerita was created for me in July, 2023 to provide Forbes Coaches Council group member leaders advice, ideas, and support as they enhanced and expanded their own groups.

Built and supervised team of sixteen professionals to create and deliver training programming and career development guidance to lawyers across the firm, including partners as well as associates. Counseled lawyers at all levels; garnered cross-industry awards; designed and implemented succession plan.

Oversaw on campus recruiting; hosted employers as speakers and at large scale events; counseled law students and alumni/ae. Also administrated first-year Moot Court program, created and taught upperclass course in Criminal Practice Ethics and continued to teach as an Adjunct Professor in Ethics at the law school until 2007.
