A Los Angeles native, she started investing in real estate at the age of 23 with the purchase of her first home, but it wasn't until 5 years later that she turned her love of real estate into a career. In 2016 Kathy partnered up with her sister-in-law, Robin Smith, and they have quickly become one of the most trusted and loved real estate duo's in the South Bay. Whether it's working with a first time homebuyer, a developer, a seasoned investor, or on a luxury home listing, Kathy prides herself on her superior service and attention to detail that helps her clients smoothly navigate the buying and selling process.When Kathy isn't selling real estate she loves taking walks to the beach with her husband, watching her son play hockey and leading her daughter's girl scout troop through cookie sales.
