My passion for social justice started with a desire to become a school counselor to help youth with a similar background as myself, first generation daughter to Mexican parents. My path shifted when I took on a case management role at SEAMAAC, which deepened my commitment to empower marginalized communities. Over the past eight years, I’ve been involved with SEAMAAC in various capacities, both programmatically and administratively. I currently serve as the HR Director, where I work to create an equitable environment.
