Retiring 6/4/2021!!!43 years experience in the Health Insurance industry with the last 16 years as an IT Technical Project manager at Anthem. My role as a technical project manager has included managing the IT side for projects with up to $8 million budgets. Managing teams across several platforms, states and offshore teams coordinating the integration of requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, warranty and management of budgets on a weekly basis to stay within a 10% variance, following the protocols of the PMI standards.Past roles with Anthem include leading SIT & Regression testing teams on migrations and technical software changes to upgrade of software. Prior assignments, I have served in various roles on business/operations side covering management of teams to support the enrollment & billing of large group business, managing contract load teams for physician and hospital networks, dedicated customer service call centers and dedicated claims processing. My experience includes developing procedures and implementing software tools to track performance to ensure client SLA’s are achieved with in the contractual stated terms.43 years is a huge accomplishment that I truly enjoy. I will be retiring in June 2021.
