Responsible for the administrative, fiscal and clinical management of Residential, Foster Care and Community Services for The House of the Good Shepherd. Oversee all aspects of operations for Medical Department, Residential Care, Raise the Age, Foster Care, Prevention and Health Home programs in Utica and Watertown. Provide direct supervision to multi-disciplinary team including administrative, supervisory, clinical and medical staff. Additional responsibilities include ensuring staff maintain positive professional relationships with all community stakeholders, fiscal management, management of quality improvement activities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies, liaison to local and statewide committees.
