Oversaw the development of marketing materials and web site.Hired administrative resources and oversaw office operations, including e-commerce and tax preparation.

Organized field trips and tour groups upon arrival at the Orchard.Gave presentations to various school groups to acquaint them with the day to day operations of the orchard, and the growth and harvest cycle of the apples.Helped with retail operations as needed.
