• Coordinate tax advisor to prepare quarterly and annual Tax Provision, assist to prepare foreign tax provision and return to provision true up analysis; provide various workpaper for filing US tax returns; coordinate tax advisor in transfer pricing documentation; prepare transfer pricing analysis, tax accounts recon and assist SOX compliance.• Coordinate tax advisor to file Canada income tax returns.• File sales/use tax returns for various jurisdictions; File Canada GST/HST/QST returns.• Work on sales/use tax audit, Canada GST/HST audit; respond to tax notices.• Perform tax research for various tax issues.

• Coordinate tax advisor to file corporate income tax returns, provide various work papers for tax returns filing, file partnership tax returns for certain entities.• File sales/use tax returns, apply for tax exemption certificates for certain projects;• Perform tax research, respond to states notices, work on state income tax, sales tax, property tax audit.• File property tax returns, states annual reports and business license renewal.• Support tax advisor to file foreign income tax returns, VAT returns.• Prepare tax accounts recon, certain bank accounts recon, provide assistance for annual financial audit.• Review certain foreign accounts reports, prepare transfer pricing calculation.

• Prepare individual, corporation, trust tax returns, bookkeeping for clients.• Prepare payroll and file sales/use tax returns and 1099s for clients.

• Manage AP/AR, review branch offices' reports, prepare bank statement recon.
