Worked with Developer to provide Sales and Marketing consulting on 4 different projects, several of which were in new markets. Responsible for providing creative material and quality control for creation of content for three websites and associated brochure collateral, prepared market research reports for land deals. Completed the negotiation and direction of the decorating of a 4,000 sq. ft.+/- model home for $30,000 under original designer pricing

Started new division of homes sales with 3 employees and Division Office 2 hours away. Marketed and sold new homes in a brand new market area. Provided Senior Management/Architectural Design team with customer feedback to assist in design of new home product line-up. Created and implemented several new marketing campaigns to target the new beach market. Consistently exceeded assigned quotas while maintaining 99% Customer satisfaction ratings. Mentored and trained new Sales Associates.

Spearheaded the Sales and Marketing efforts for 10 communities for National Homebuilder. Motivated and managed a team of 15-20 Sales Representative and Associates. Participated in college recruiting initiatives, recruited, trained all new hires, implemented and trained staff on new sales techniques to increase sales volume. Developed and maintained annual budget as well as managed fixed accounts and maintained consistent profit margins. Worked with Division Manager to review land opportunities from a sales and marketing perspective.

Created systems and processes for Division Sales Managers and Sales Representatives for this new Corporate Trainer position. Implemented, organized, trained and monitored the local High Intensity Corporate classroom training program. Designed and/or modified training materials when needed. Coached instructors and provided feedback. Observed and evaluated training needs and recommended individual and group training. Informed appropriate managers of progress and training needs in their Divisions.
