- Manage 40+ Associates, prepare/present yearly performance reviews- Verify legal signing authority provided by the investor(s) authorizing to process documents on the investors behalf.- Ensure accurate processing of documents adhering to legal guidelines and resolve exceptions- Establish production goals and monitor team productivity- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and investor policies. - Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance systems efficiency.- Extreme attention to detail, able to manage many projects and priorities simultaneously- Monitored/processed mortgage loans in default per investor and state guidelines.- Correspond and receive foreclosure status from specified foreclosure attorney- Assist default mortgagor’s concerns and possible options to cure mortgage default status- Respond to both internal/external customer requests in a timely and precise manner
