Careers at Accenture (CaA) –Policy Program Management Lead (Nov 2012-present) – Provided program management to the Global Policy Team to remediate Accenture’s policies (1400+) impacted from the implementation of the new career architecture model. Program management responsibilities included: policy remediation process design and subsequent phase simplification, SharePoint site creation/management, project analysis and reporting, process implementation memos/presentation material development and status reporting.
