Kathy Rivera (she/they/ella) is a first-generation, Salvadoran-American, trauma-informed wellness and energy medicine practitioner and a Mama with an extensive background in healthcare and wellness.Kathy’s a certified Trauma-informed Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Healing Guide, Behavior Change Specialist, and Usui Reiki Level II Practitioner, who’s taught a variety of dynamic classes and inclusive, transformational events throughout Florida and Virginia.
