 Process and track corrective action for facility, leasing and legal issues for 1900 Hollywood Video stores and additional Game Crazys at Hollywood Entertainment (20 stores for Boards Video) Prepare notice and default letters to landlords Interpret and enforce lease obligations, governmental codes and regulations Maintain communication with store personnel, zone facility managers, district managers, and regional mangers Coordinate corporate vendors and evaluate performance Review site plans and miscellaneous construction documents Assist in the preparation of modifications to lease related documents  Research and resolve disputed issues, including construction defects Prepare, process and track claim work orders / invoices Created training manual with departmental procedures for new partners Assist with supervision of (2) Lease Compliance Assistants Prepare, process and track subleases for all stores east of the Mississippi Serengeti Law Administrator Process Subpoena’s, Customer Relation Issues, and Attorney General letters Make travel arrangements and process expense reports Perform onsite inspections of local stores Process unemployment claims and child support withholdings
