Contracted through REO departments to maintain foreclosed homes. Service roof leaks, secure the property, maid and janitorial, trash outs, winterization, lawn care, and much more. Maintain full insurance and has passed ABC background check.

I'm in daily contact with local courts and clients, draft pleadings, answer multi-line phones, manage calendars for the attorneys and maintain file organization. I am responsible to manage multiple email accounts, billing out clients and collecting payment as well as keep track of client trust accounts and aid the business manager in the trust transfers. Our office frequently employs interns in which I am responsible for their training and daily assignment tasks. I role play with the attorneys during court preparation. I work directly under the main family law attorney and I manage his (almost) 400 cases. I prepare and organize all cases for court, draft pleadings independently, hold frequent meetings with the attorney to update him on our case load. I have implemented many organization techniques for office efficiency. Recently with the new e-filing I was responsible for setting up our account and efile all documents through the office through the state provided program. Proficient in mycase client case management system.

I have held many positions with the company during my employment including; cashier, waitress and cook. I am currently the President of the company. While I no longer hold any daily working positions with the company I am involved in banking, annual meetings and processing paperwork.

I draft all pleadings that leave the office from various discovery documents, request for production, citations, continuances, Motion to reconsider and a few pleadings dealing with Trial Rule 60(B). I've implemented numerous organization techniques to reduce paper reduction and productivity. Assist in decision making of the office. I also attend almost every Court hearing with the attorney to assist with exhibits and case information. As the paralegal I know the case and documents like the back of my hand, the attorney realizes this and uses it to his advantage in Court. I am able to pass notes to him of ideas and points that I feel would be valuable to the case. I enjoy establishing a relationship with all of our clients and I am happy to assist them through whatever difficult time brings them to our office.

This is definitely a passion of mine. Our club teaches children of all ages responsibility, dedication and hard work through training and working with horses. I myself was a 10+ year member of this same club. My preferred areas of training are western halter and pleasure, showmanship, and various contesting patterns.
