My passion and employment have always, and continues to, revolve around the real estate, outstanding administration, and customer service. This comes in many guises from sales, construction and planning, business/office management within the industry, to searching out the best fit solution for all stakeholders including business owners.My contribution level in various aspects of the business has always been authentic. My vast work knowledge and experience has enabled my responsibility, within my role, to evolve and morph, with the progression of the business, a required.More recently my role has pivoted towards an in-house role, focussing on streamlining finances and seamless bookkeeping process however my outstanding Customer Service, Client care techniques and genuine interest (and desire) in progressing Company interest is always in the fore. My 10 years in this role has been somewhat embryonic currently resting at my current position, awaiting further transformation and modifications, as required.I keep well informed and up to date with current market trends/activity and real estate nuances with my CPD training, Class 1 Real Estate Licence, market publications and active observation of the industry.
