Transitioned from IT Director to Business Analyst, Application Specialist to work on a major project for all BAE Products Groups subsidiary companies to re-deploy Infor Visual ERP system. Over a 18 month period a team of 3, worked with 19 business subsidiaries to perform a full ERP systems review and standardization process among all companies. The implementation included complete reconfiguration of all modules, full data conversions of all tables, and updated training for each application. As the Sole ERP LEAD, I managed all modules including: G/L, A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets, EDI, Intercompany processing, Inventory Control, Engineering Change Management, Purchasing, Production Control & Planning, Master Scheduling, Shipping WMS scanning system, Freight Carrier Integration, Shop Floor Control & Barcoding systems,

During the last 7 years with the company, I was the primary IT lead to drive the 90 day plan for integration after each merger of a new company or as part of the sale of an existing company. This integration included the transition planning of staff, system resources, facilities planning, user training and business process improvement.During the initial 10 years of employment I worked with our 2 main manufacturing plants for two diverse business models. One included high end backpack systems (Gregory Mountain Products) and the other provided holsters and other law enforcement / military products (Bianchi International). My career began as an ERP developer to enhance all ERP applications. At that time the developer performed all Analytical design and technology recommendations as well as the development task. Some of the major improvements included a Pick/Pack bar code scanning shipping system, EDI business processes to support our retail customers, manufacturing and inventory control improvements, and many KPI reporting program improvements.As IT Director, I managed a small staff of 4 employees that supported all internal networks, ERP (Epicor Dataflo), BI reporting tool, and all in house development.Other major tasks included the management of several ERP conversions of Epicor Dataflo to Infor Visual after the acquisition of the several companies.
