Kathy is an experienced scripted Producer and Project Manager with a focus on equalities and access for working class, care experienced, regional voices, education, and transformational change. She founded production company Up Helly Aa in 2012 in Clydebank, Scotland. Feature Films produced include multi-award winning coming of age Scottish road-trip, Moon Dogs (2016), Welsh Brexit thriller, Concrete Plans (2020), for TV - First Footing (2022) and Pity Party (2019) for BBC Scotland. She has produced over thirty live action, documentary and animation short films, managed talent development schemes for UK film Council, Young Scot, GMAC Film, BFI Network, BBC Employability Boost, RSPB and Scottish Refugee Council.
