Provides direct support to the Program Executive Office (PEO) Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Product Support Manager (PSM) (IWS 10PSM). • Assist with SSDS Property Management. Validate and verify Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S) applicability to SSDS, and coordinate transfer of OM&S incorrectly identified as IWS 10 material. Provide quarterly and semi-annual reports for IWS consolidation. Provide quarterly Government Furnished Property data. • Assist with SSDS Risk, Issue, Opportunity (RIO) Management. Identify, analyze, and assess RIOs to help ensure program cost, schedule and performance objectives are achieved at every stage in the life cycle.• Assist with the IWS 10 self-assessment Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA) to identify strengths and weaknesses to the ILA Assessment Team prior to the scheduled ILA. Review SSDS Program documentation and provide written assessment of the current state of Logistics supportability documentation/processes.• Assisted the PSM in the review and delivery of an approved LCSP that was required prior to CSEA contract award. Reviewed the current LCSP and provided comments against, incorporated all comments, and packaged for delivery to the PSM.• Support the PSM in identification of supportability gaps between the SSDS In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), Design Agent and NAVSUP Weapon System Support (WSS) in an effort to increase the overall supportability of SSDS.

Provided program management and logistics support to Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) Assistant Deputy Commander for Fleet Logistics Support (SEA 06L) • Assist with compilation of NAVSEA Logistics strategy, mission, and roles to facilitate strategic planning for incorporation into organizational strategic planning • Assist with current year financial tracking by collecting, analyzing and reviewing activities’ Task Planning Sheets• Provide draft fiscal year spend plans, support development of POM Briefs, and draft Issue Papers• Provide NAVSEA Logistics Competency support - Assist in improving capability through analysis of competency membership statistics- Evaluate workforce certification data• Assist with quarterly flag level briefs and meetings• Support Technical Manual Management Program Information Technology briefings and provide funding analysis support• Compile and develop artifacts in support of Information Technology systems utilizing the DoD Information Insurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DICAP) and transitioning to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Process

Participated in the design and development of an application prototype residing on an IBM 3081 and using ORACLE. Application prototype assessed system design to ensure functional logic and physical parameters were comparatively analyzed and included. A keen understanding of the clients' job objectives and the ability to correlate these objectives with a predetermined software environment were required.
