My career path has varied from executive leadership for specialty medical practices and law firms, to program management, to developing growth and retention solutions for independent insurance agents. I’ve honed my ability to lead large teams, work cross-functionally with a multitude of departments, think strategically and develop as a successful story-teller and marketer. I believe that there is always something to learn and opportunities to grow. I am passionate about mentoring and developing others - developing key marketing and business strategies that lead to business growth, as well as streamlining operations to make everyone’s work-life easier. When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling the globe, learning about different cultures, golfing with my friends and family and tending my garden. In my community I volunteer for West Side Baby, an organization that provides basic necessities for children in need. I am also a huge advocate of the American Heart Association.
