Procure sponsorship for Music Conference and Festival in Atlanta, GA.

Directed all things Atlantis:Coordinated and oversaw all aspects of conference operations, including organizing all on site segments of the event (host hotel contracts, details and implementation management; negotiating up to 18 venue contracts, an exhibition area of up to 20 exhibitors, a registration area to accommodate thousands (including over 2000 welcome bags, lanyards, party invites and program guides), artist and band production and performance (up to 300 bands & artists), panelist productions and performance for up to 20 panels and over 200 panelists, a panelist brunch to welcome up to 200 panelists and all details for up to 5 official conference parties including food, drinks and entertainment for up to 500 people per party. Responsibilities leading up to the event included acquiring a print sponsor (printing included brochures, posters, banners, flyers, program guides, t shirts and welcome bags), contracting and fulfilling all radio sponsors and overseeing and working with publicity on all media sponsors and event coverage, overseeing and implementing all marketing plans including internet and mail outreach, and implementing the artist submission process of up to 2500 submissions (including contracting and overseeing Sonicbids as our Online Submission Partner).
