I am a Licensed Professional Counselor -Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas. I seek to assist individuals, families, and couples resolve or better cope with a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, relational or social problems, parenting issues, divorce recovery, and trauma.My background includes working with children and adolescents in a school setting for 28 years, including working as a counselor for the last 12 years. In addition to my work with children and adolescents, I obtained my LPC licensure, so that I was able to work with individuals and families as well. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree from Texas A&M University (1992) - Commerce, Texas, and my Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University (2010) in Commerce, Texas. I have experience with individual counseling, family counseling, group therapy, and play therapy. My counseling approach includes using cognitive behavioral, humanistic, and solution focused techniques.
