Complete general accounting procedures for merchandise related to Feld Entertainment’s Disney on Ice, Disney Live, Marvel Universe Live, Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, Monster Jam, Supercross, and Arenacross including but not limited to:• Filing sales and use tax returns and remitting payments for Feld Motor Sports engagements in over sixty jurisdictions within the United States on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis• Preparing weekly cash reports for each domestic and international engagement to reconcile gross sales to the cash deposit amounto Researching and resolving any discrepancies between the bank deposit and the amount reported as deposited by the tour manager• Creating and uploading into Lawson general ledger journal entries to book the merchandise revenue and expenses for each domestic and international engagement• Calculating and paying live event and licensing royalties on a quarterly basis for each Monster Jam truck• Assisting with month end close processes including booking various intercompany transactions, recording internet sales for Feld Motor Sports, and updating balance sheets• Communicating with auditors during the annual audit to provide any backup and explanations necessary• Balancing and reconciling petty cash accounts for Feld Consumer Products tour managers
