This involves analysing and reviewing all campaign briefs to ensure key student cohorts are correctly identified; specific campaign messaging is structured to maximise the success; and key retention metrics are impacted positively. This role is also responsible for piloting retention projects; measuring success against retention metrics; trialling if proven successful and implementing as BAU if required.Major Challenges• External and Internal stakeholder management required to implement engagement strategies that positively impact retention.• Developing effective campaigns and innovative pilots which create an uplift in retention metrics.
