•Responsible for all facets of day to day operations of a $1.6 million store of specialty products. •Maximized company profits by controlling payroll, loss prevention and audit standards as well as directing sales team in company loyalty programs to both meet and exceed store goals. Responsible for hiring and training new employees, creative merchandising and stocking of these units. Products sold were Calendars, Pet Supplies, Office Gifts, Halloween Costumes and Décor.•In store merchandising according to company/vendor directives. Inventory organization setup according to company guidelines and appropriate sales opportunities. Contingent merchandising and queue formation created to capitalize on increased traffic during peak times. Children’s section was merchandised to feature popular storylines and marketing. Our store was fifth in the company in this category for its division.•Our store was awarded a plaque at Children’s Hospital for accumulating over $25,000 in merchandise donations to its Stillson Center location.•I earned two of my company’s Presidents Awards for my accomplishments regarding overall sales, customer satisfaction and loyalty programs as well as operational achievements and profitability.

I assisted the General Manager in opening this new store location. Hired, trained and developed new store sales team, properly stocked and merchandised store based up sales trends and developed customer loyalty through marketing and community outreach.
