As the Retail Director for Hong Kong and Macau at Van Cleef & Arpels, I oversee the strategic and operational management of 9 boutiques in the region, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and performance. With over 20 years of experience in the jewelry industry, I have a deep passion and knowledge for fine jewelry, especially diamonds and gemstones, which I acquired from my Graduate Gemologist degree from GIA and my previous roles in wholesale and product development.My mission is to deliver the excellence and elegance of Van Cleef & Arpels to our discerning and loyal customers, and to inspire and empower my team of over 150 retail professionals. I am adept at adapting to the fast-changing retail environment, leveraging data, insights, and innovation to optimize sales, operations, and customer experience.
