Werner, a WernerCo brand and the world leader in ladders, offers a complete line of climbing products designed for working safely at heights. As Maintenance Planner continued support of Production Control and other departments writing custom queries and reports and purchasing parts for ladder line production. Other duties included storeroom inventory control, purchasing of machine parts, and parts issue, mechanic payroll, maintenance work orders for both emergency repairs and scheduled equipment preventative (PM) maintenance in CMMS system. Developed equipment library including all machine drawings and parts list that was available 24/7 to all mechanics and equipment BOM's.Assisted with the packaging and shipment of parts and equipment to out of country production facility after plant closure.

Supervised 5 employees as divisional I.T. supervisor, which included all divisional help desk issues from ticket to completion for network, mainframe (AS/400), PC Support and phone system. Developed divisional I.T. hardware budget and departmental budget on an annual basis. My team grew to have the expertise to handle most upgrade and repair projects in house, saving on outsourcing tasks while continuously improving divisional I.T. service and greatly improving on system availability time. Held several other positions including Production Scheduler and Support scheduling the Sink Frame Line and later Fiberglass Pultrusion (rail) department which supported all the fiberglass ladder lines for multiple plants, purchasing and inventory of all raw materials required to support the department. Worked with team to identify areas of cost savings and/or product loss improvement. Familiar with all aspects of the manufacturing process including Aluminum Extrusion, Fiberglass Pultrusion and assembly line processes. Entered and maintained all divisional Item Master, Bill of Material, Bill of Routing and Cost Center records.Position was eliminated as part of the overall process of plant closing.
