Responsible for Emergency Preparedness (EP) planning, coordination, training, exercise documents, and evaluations. Managed plans for both internal and external events. Lead coordinator in planning of hospital disaster and EP exercises in partnership with other agencies such as the Central Ohio Trauma System (COTS), County/State Emergency Management agencies, and Federal, State, County and City Public Health Departments.During my tenure, department was recognized as an Agent of Change during the hospital's COVID-19 response. Recognized as having a 97% internal customer satisfaction survey score.

Prepared and delivered lectures to undergraduate students in the Law Enforcement Division. Courses included Introduction to Corrections, Juvenile Delinquency, Community Resource Intervention, and Correctional Case Management. Evaluated, graded student's class work, assignments, and papers. Increased student enrollment of corrections courses by 100% during my tenture. Served on Criminal Justice Advisory Boards for Cuyahoga Community College and David N. Myers University.

Coordinated professional development training for probation officers and support staff. Facilitated multiple committee meetings and training programs. Served on local, district, and federal training committees. Created national support staff safety training. Editor of district's Annual Report and bi-monthly employee newsletters. Assisted with district's firearms and defensive tactics training.Awarded Outstanding Contribution to the Training Program.
