As a voice-over artist, you’ve heard her say “Thank you for using AT&T.” She is also “the voice” of national 800 numbers for Chase Bank, Panasonic, DirecTV, Humana, Nationwide Insurance, and The Wall Street Journal. After graduating from Asbury University, Kathy competed in the Miss America Pageant as Miss Kentucky, and then went on to work as a Producer and Reporter for TV’s “The 700 Club” and “PM Magazine.” Since then, as a freelance “talent,” she has appeared in hundreds of television commercials, corporate videos and training films.During the past 10 years, Kathy has used her communication skills on behalf of nonprofit organizations – with the dream of one day working for a Christian international humanitarian organization. That dream came true in 2012 when she was hired by Samaritan’s Purse to serve as the West Coast Director of Donor Ministries.Kathy and her husband Ron have been married for 33 years. They live in Aliso Viejo, California, and are the grateful parents of three amazing young adults.
