I have been in the banking industry for 33 years and yes I started right out of college. I was hired in as a Manager but believe you should know from the top to the bottom of your company. I have been through 4 mergers and always thrived. I am more of a leader than a manager. I have been in the Area/District leader training program 3 times but due to mergers I had to redirect. I not only love my clients and my team I love leading others to success. I am a strong, leader, I can see the forest and the trees. I'm not make hard decision when I must but do them with grace. I'm open to new ideas and always as team. I am a joiner and always have been even my primary school years. I don't join with the intent to lead, I join to be a part of something bigger, make a difference. I encourage any group, work, play or philanthropy member to collaborate and be a part of the solutions to our mission. The banking industry is my passion, my happy place. My family and friends are my loves. My philanthropy work is my contribution to society. I take everything I do seriously because they are important to me and others. A Leader can only lead if they are part of the team!
