Software Developer and Project Lead for a government contract writing system, primarily responsible for code development and maintenance within system engineering processes, and conversion of software from VB6 to VB.NET using an agile approach. Additional responsibilities include implementation of digital signatures and PKI as a means of user authentication and non-repudiation, XML, HTML, and EDI interface development and maintenance, as well as MS Office automation using a spiral approach, data mapping, the use of InstallShield for installation package creation, website administration, and user support.Project lead responsibilities included direction, organization and coordination of the development team.
