This is a multi-phased development effort focused on providing a common procurement portal and back office support needed to process ordering and care for all of the government agencies purchasing from a suite of 30+ telecommunication products. This program has over 500+ resources with a budget of more than $60 million dollars for this multi-year program.•Led billing system enhancement project which included all phases of the development lifecycle from business case creation to implementation which included management of resources across multiple functional areas and resulted in $1.5 million in incremental revenue for the first 9 months of deployment. -
