1 Define the marcom strategy of the group and guidelines of corporate. 2 Formulate and guards the brand image, in close corporation with product management. 3 Translate marketing objectives into a yearly plan, specify required deliverables and projects. 4 Define the yearly marcom budget, gets it approved and cost control. 5 Responsible for the planning and realization of the marcom activities and deliverables for both clients and press in conjunction with regional marketing and marcom team. 6 Define and realize the MIP activities for all new products for optimal market introduction. 7 Review the content and presentation on intranet/internet, maximize the contribution of this sales tool. 8 Select the required agents and suppliers, negotiates prices and is responsible for an optimal briefing and instruction.
