With more than 14 years of experience in the field, I have walked alongside fellow travelers in search of healing. I know what it is like to struggle. Whether it is with a diffuilt marriage,raising children, work life balance or with issues or navigating family of origin complexities. I nurture skills of self-awareness and attentive listening. These skills are needed to learn more about self and to develop he ability to listen deeply to others without reactionary defenses or loosing self. I believe it is important to change the “I should” voice to “It is OK, I am OK.” So that one can be more genuine and connected in their relationships. I am a trauma informed therapist. My background includes trauma work training, domestic violence training, attachment informed, Mindfulness and Story Work. We are storied people who know life should be more than it is. My approach to therapy has been deeply influenced by Dr. Dan Allender, Curt Thomson, Gabor Maté and Sue Johnson. I hold three certificates in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from the Allender Center. Plus several other certifications in Attachment, Anxiety, Depression Relational Studies.
