Administer a 3-year, $750,000 U.S. Department of Education grant to increase competitive employment of adult students with disabilities. Manage workforce training, job development, and job placement services for 100 students monthly. Supervise a culturally diverse staff of seven. Make presentations to government workforce agencies, employers, and non-profits to promote community awareness of proven benefits when hiring qualified adults with disabilities.

Work with local residents to build their computer literacy and employment skills at the non-profit Mattie Koonce Learning and Technology Center, located in Overtown/Miami, FL. Design and deliver computer literacy and job skills training programs to 50 unemployed adults from the Overtown neighborhood. Mentor 15 at-risk neighborhood high school students to stay in school, gain technology skills, and matriculate to Miami Dade College. Both high school graduation and college entrance rates increased in the mentoring group compared with neighborhood teens choosing not to participate.

Design curriculum for the Software Engineering Institute's Software Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and co-develop 6 instructor-led classes with subject matter experts. Co-train 250 program managers and technical staff nationwide, resulting in the organization's improving its contract capture rate based on a higher CMM maturity rating.
