Conducted behavioral interviews with management candidates, facilitated staffing classes for newly hired store managers, sourced resumes, posted jobs, generated leads, held open houses and job fairs, partnered with local college, UNLV, to recruit upcoming graduates, participated in succession planning and career development.

I began with the TEKsystems division, where I recruited IT professionals for 2 years. In 2000, I moved to the professional services division, where I stayed for 6 years, recruiting non-technical professionals in multiple industries. In this role, I managed client relationships and on-site contractors, posted positions, sourced resumes, generated leads, maintained business to business relationships with existing clients , passive job seekers, and contractors.
